
BrightHealth is a free, community-driven inclusive wellness initiative of Bright Minds, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing holistic well-being, creativity, and community care. Our parent organization has been featured on CBS, ABC, Politico, and Newsweek for its innovative outreach and tech-enabled care .
Through accessible volunteer-led programs we offer mindfulness circles, creative arts sessions, and holistic wellness workshops — all at no cost — designed to empower people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to nurture emotional, physical, and social well-being.
