Wellness Week

We organize bi-weekly Wellness Week events—offering both online and in-person wellness experiences that are open to all for promoting empathy, activity, and inclusion. Activities include walking clubs, yoga sessions, health talks, art therapy, and breathing workshops.

- 2,300+ “wellness actions” logged since launch in Dec 2023
- An Average of 261 regular participants for each event where we have observed people all ages and ability levels

Bright Health adapts proven programs to run library pop-ups, mentor-led mindfulness classes, art & movement events—building confidence, creating connections, and encouraging healthy habits.
Preventive Healthcare

Our Vaccination Rewards program curates a free, searchable catalog of local and national wellness incentives—removing cost and access barriers that often deter preventive care.

We offer a one-stop wellness hub that helps users easily discover local health events, free care kits, wellness classes, nutrition programs, and practical incentives—all designed to make healthy choices more accessible and sustainable for everyone.
Community Outreach

We collaborate with Bright Mind’s Street Care initiative to mobilize volunteers who deliver care kits, meals, and compassionate social support to individuals experiencing homelessness.

Bright Health translates Bright Mind’s trusted, proven programs into local, scalable wellness solutions. From street-level outreach and interactive wellness events to curated resource hubs, our initiatives work in tandem to build healthier, more connected communities.
Mentoring

Our personalized mentoring program provides one-on-one support that combines academic guidance, emotional wellbeing, and mindfulness practices to empower individuals across all life stages and communities.
Key Highlights:
- Ghana Literacy Partnership with ReaderCares since 2015, distributing books, devices, and educational materials to 1,000+ children and adults
- 500+ mentees supported through personalized coaching, life skills development, and stress management training
- Programming for youth, adults, and underserved communities with both virtual and in-person sessions
