Cheerful People Holding Hands in Unity

BrightHealth is a free, community-driven inclusive wellness initiative of Bright Minds, a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing holistic well-being, creativity, and community care. Our parent organization has been featured on CBS, ABC, Politico, and Newsweek for its innovative outreach and tech-enabled care .

Through accessible volunteer-led programs we offer mindfulness circles, creative arts sessions, and holistic wellness workshops — all at no cost — designed to empower people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to nurture emotional, physical, and social well-being.

Whether you’re in school, in the workforce, or enjoying later years of life, BrightHealth provides inclusive, welcoming spaces for reflection, expression, and connection—supporting a more mindful, creative, and balanced life.
